Collecting & Storing Data
WeichieProjects collects and processes personal data from clients for project-oriented purposes only. All the information that you send me, will not be stored on the server itself for safety reasons. The data you send me can contain sensitive information about your server, database, client email listings, social network access, or any other login credentials about your company. Therefore I will never resell your information to third parties or for any marketing purposes.
Personal data is processed on the base of article 6.1. [(a) client consent] of the General Data Protection Regulation. You always have the right to withdraw the consent given, at any time.
Transfer to third parties
Any personal data sent to WeichieProjects will never be given to a third party without your consent. If we’re using third party plugins or API’s for your project, we will provide only the data necessary for the API or plugin to work AND we’ll do this only in consultation with our client.
If a third party plugin or API ask for sensitive data about our clients, we will ask our clients to create an account on the platform themselves first, before we continue with the project.
Personal information about our client will be stored for the time necessary to finish the project. Same goes for any server information that you may have sent to WeichieProjects. This data will never be updated, or asked to be updated unless we need this data for an update on your project, and this data appears to be outdated.
The customer has the right to inspect his personal data at all times and can correct them when they are incorrect or incomplete, have them removed, limit their processing and can object to the processing of their personal data concerning him on the basis of article 6.1 (e) or (f), including profiling based on those provisions.
To inspect your stored data with us or if you want your data to be removed, you can contact me at email@example.com at any time and without any costs. If you don’t want me to store your server or personal data, I will ask you for your access credentials every time you need an update for your project or for regular maintenances.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. They store your personal preferences on the site to make your visit to the site more pleasant, so you don’t need to make the same actions (for example: language choice) again every time you visit the website. For website owners, cookies can track visitors behavior anonymously to see what pages users actually visit and how long they are on certain pages.
Cookies on the WeichieProjects website that store users behavior will be stored on your system for 30 days. After this period, the cookie will be removed automatically and will be reinstalled when you visit the WeichieProjects website again.
Besides the WeichieProjects custom cookies, I am also using third party cookies from WordPress and Google Analytics.

To opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across all websites visit http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. If you want to block any website trackers you can use the free ghostery plugin for your web browser.
You can also set your internet browser in such a way that cookies are not accepted, that you receive a warning when a cookie is installed or that the cookies are subsequently removed from your hard drive. You can do this through the settings of your browser. Keep in mind that certain graphic elements can not appear correctly, or that you will not be able to use certain applications.
